Produced with Tuscan durum wheat semolina and processed using artisan methods. This pasta releases an amazing, distinctive fragrance of salmon and wheat germ during cookin, which makes it ideal served with all the light fish seasonings.
This pasta can be mixed with the Egg or the Nettle Tagliolini, since they’ve the same cooking time (5 minutes), to create a more colourful and rich in flavour plate!
