This was the first jam created by ‘Rufino 1949’, and it was also the creation of green asparagus jam, which was never seen before. This jam presents the unique flavour of the green asparagus that, together with its consistent texture, matches perfectly on a toast with fish or meat. Even though it is a jam, the caloric level is not high, so it can be used as a part of diets and it also provides fibre and has diuretic properties.
